Return Process

  Log into your Smarpix account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Item

  Securely pack the device in its original box including all accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure the product remains protected during transit.

  Ship the Product

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned unit, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
